When should you "call out" a roommate for doing something you don't like?

Do:
- they are putting you, them, or your place in danger
- they are not treating you or your belongings with any respect
- they take your stuff (ex. food, beer) but never contribute any of their own
- when you ask them to treat one of your belongings a certain way, and they refuse, or tell you that you are wrong
Don't:
- they have people over and you can't have people over because there's no room
- their habits of doing things that don't effect you tooo negatively
- prety much most other stuff besides what is written above
