As a student, finding the right place to live is vital. There are multiple decisions and choices that need to be taken into consideration when searching for a place to reside. From my living experience here in Wilmington I've learned that location is one of the most important aspects. Like mentioned in the post different locations around town will vary with price and finding the right place to fit into your budget as a student is very important. It may be nice to live at the beach or downtown but is it reasonable? Some areas in Wilmington are also much safer than others and this is a major factor when finding somewhere to live. I have had my house broken into due to the lack of knowledge about the area I decided to reside in. Make sure you consider all your options and don't be afraid to ask questions to relators or rental companies.
