Tips for Health/ Fitness

Gaining the freshman fifteen can be horrible. But health can be easy and fun. Here are some helpful tips:
-Replace unhealthy snacks with fruits and veggies.
-Drink water
-Sleep at least 6 hours a night
-Portion/ limit junk food consumed
-Snack often to avoid over eating at dinner
- Limit white bread and pastas: try whole wheat.
-Do cardio for at least 30 minutes a day, walk to class
-Black coffee is a natural "pre-workoout" supplement
-Cut down on indulging

Fitness:
Working out doesn't have to be boring. Grab a friend and try non-traditional activities that are sure to help you burn fat. Like :
- Rock Climbing
-Kayaking
- Yoga
-Canoeing
-Slack Lining
